To obtain warranty service, please return your timepiece to Timex, to the authorized retailer where your watch was purchased or to your local Timex affiliate company.

Please include the completed original Watch Repair Coupon or, in the U.S. and Canada only, a written statement with your name, address, telephone number and date and place of purchase.

Never include a special watchband WHICH WAS NOT SUPPLIED WITH YOUR WATCH AT POINT OF PURCHASE or any other article of personal value with your watch return.
